This includes working together with our key customers to identify areas of improvement using tools such as PFMEA’s, SPC and part producibility studies to decrease the cost of non-quality and to eliminate production interruptions. AQI has added a facility expansion of 24,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing space which will provide AQI with total square footage of 72,000 sq. ft and our site is approved to add an additional 25,000 sq. ft. when required.
